This includes finding connectivity needed based on business requirements and budgeting constraints. Monitoring of the connectivity as well as escelation of any issues was a daily responsibility. Working on the 2nd line helpdesk to solve Hardware and Software issues that the 1st line Helpdesk was unable to resolve. I was in a group of 5-6 people who were responsible for the installation, support and management of all the computers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Responsibilities also included user and computer management in active directory and some basic server troubleshooting and installations.
