ESAL is an organization that seeks to empower STEM professionals to become more civically involved on the local level. As a part of the social media team, I promote ESAL events and work with other science policy organizations to capture the attention of scientists and engineers on social media and connect them with resources to get started engaging with their local government.

I write JACS Spotlights as a contributing correspondent for the Journal of the American Chemical Society. These pieces are summaries that highlight the impact of select research articles in each issue.

As an author for Chembites, I write articles about the latest chemical research specifically in a way that can be understood by an audience of non-specialists and undergraduate students.
