At Norflow giving sales presentation to potential customers was my main task. I was also to answer incoming telephone calls and assist our customers with answering their questions or scheduling service calls. At Dollar Tree I was the Merchandising Manager. I oversaw the stocking crew, training and coaching my crew in order to hit specific stocking goals. I also helped with inventory control via weekly cycle counts and order planning. I was in charge of the HAZMAT waste disposal and ensuring our employees were up to date on training. This was also a brand new store that I was part of the set up crew for, in which I worked closely with the regional planner to meet the grand opening deadline.

During my time at Dental Services Group, then Advanced Dental Technologies, I was the department supervisor for the digital department. My main tasks were to scan in new cases, help with design, run the mills, and assist with staining and sintering. I was also in charge of communicating with our clients about case statuses and services we could provide.
