At Norflow giving sales presentation to potential customers was my main task. I was also to answer incoming telephone calls and assist our customers with answering their questions or scheduling service calls. Following up via email and telephone with walk in customers and leads was a daily task during my time at Norflow. On a monthly routine I would redesign specification sheets and price tags as needed.

At Dollar Tree I was the Merchandising Manager. I oversaw the stocking crew, training and coaching my crew in order to hit specific stocking goals. I also helped with inventory control via weekly cycle counts and order planning. I was in charge of the HAZMAT waste disposal and ensuring our employees were up to date on training. This was also a brand new store that I was part of the set up crew for, in which I worked closely with the regional planner to meet the grand opening deadline.

During my time at Dental Services Group, then Advanced Dental Technologies, I was the department supervisor for the digital department. My main tasks were to scan in new cases, help with design, run the mills, and assist with staining and sintering. I was also in charge of communicating with our clients about case statuses and services we could provide.

While working at Peregrine Sports, LLC my tasks included ushering, assisting with security when needed, scanning tickets, and helped with event day set ups.

During my time at Dollar Tree is was the Operations Manager. I was to ensure the store was ready for business the following day. I also helped with talent acquisition and training. I assisted with inventory control via mark up/mark downs, and weekly cycle counts. During this time I would work closely with my direct supervisor to help with our weekly planning and ordering.
