Primary responsibility is the development and maintenance of all Microsoft Power BI dashboards utilized by the organization. This includes dashboards used by senior leadership, location management (200+ locations across the US) and individual home office teams (accounting, acquisitions, etc.). Dashboard types include financial overviews, discrepancy reporting, sales/commission, labor and payroll, training and ticket support.Also participate in both the requirements gathering/business analysis process prior to dashboard development, as well as mapping out data needs and working with dedicated SQL developers to construct and maintain a data warehouse. I will often put together documentation or a JIRA story board of tasks for database development. In these tasks I will provide suggested column mapping, SQL logic and naming conventions to be used to help keep the data warehouse consistently named and easy to navigate.This warehouse ingests data from over a dozen different systems and software platforms used by the business, including ADP, Workday and Salesforce. I assist in performing basic functions of database development to supplement the creation of dashboards, including writing SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and views, manually loading data to tables and other ETL functions. I will often QA and review SSIS packages to determine the root cause of issues with data flow or transformation.I have also developed multiple Power Apps utilized by the company, primarily to allow our portfolio of locations which spans across the country to report data used to feed metrics dashboards related to capacity and decedents in our care. These apps were developed to write directly to our data warehouse for safe and secure retention and tracking of those metrics and to make it easy to present those numbers to leadership via dashboards.

As part of the implementation team, I provide configuration and development support for tasks related to the SQL Server installations supporting the product. These tasks include:-Starting up new instances of the product on production environments, both in-house and on-premise, as well as testing and demo installations. -Backing up/restoring databases and data transfers.-Configuration, loading and verification of client provided data sets.-Develop and troubleshooting reporting through the Stimulsoft application. -Investigating support issues related to the databases.In addition, I am tasked on client implementations with being involved as a technical resource for integrating other client owned solutions with our product.
