I see the world as being full of business; opportunities; networking with suppliers and customers, attending trade shows to get a first-hand feel for the business marketplace, and scouring digital and physical resources positions me to harness these opportunities and turn them into fruitful relationships with customers, whose businesses I elevate through the products and services I represent. When I put my mind to something, I achieve it. I am resourceful and inquisitive with a natural ability to motivate others. While working at Total Quality Logistics (TQL), I coached 12 Account Executives to ascend to roles of greater leadership within the organization, and more recently, at Custom Pro Logistics, I’ve trained our top performers. During the past 15+ years, I have worn many hats. This has allowed me to learn about a lot of different industries, people, and business practices. I understand the hard work and sacrifice needed to build a business from the ground up, as I have been there, providing hands-on leadership and setting brick after brick. From devising effective, market driven strategies to hiring and guiding employees who mesh with the company culture, I’m a forward-thinking professional with the skills, business acumen, and personal commitment necessary to drive business transformationand achieve organizational goals.
