While working at Total Quality Logistics (TQL), I coached 12 Account Executives to ascend to roles of greater leadership within the organization, and more recently, at Custom Pro Logistics, I’ve trained our top performers. During the past 15+ years, I have worn many hats. This has allowed me to learn about a lot of different industries, people, and business practices. I understand the hard work and sacrifice needed to build a business from the ground up, as I have been there, providing hands-on leadership and setting brick after brick.
