Project Manager
Current- Serve as the main point of contact for technical installs and be the voice of the client to onsitetechnicians to assure the project is successfully executed
- Maintain client portfolio as well as assist others to support the success of the team
- Communicate with clients regularly to gather information to execute deliverables, ensureproject stays within budget and on schedule, and clients’ objectives are met
- Manage onsite requirements including arranging onsite surveys, coordinating equipment,scheduling technicians, and troubleshooting issues
- Be the liaison between client and technician to negotiate pricing and ensure accurate invoicing
