Current- Perform the hiring process for new employees – including interviews, prescreening, documentation, and new hire orientation
- Conduct day-to-day administrative human resources actions
- Administer FMLA and other Leave-of-Absence options with employees
- Serve as administrative point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators – including scheduling benefit enrollment meetings
- Process enrollments, changes, and terminations of participants in benefit plans
- Participate in internal employee investigations
