I work closely with Commercial Lenders assisting with loans and deposit accounts. I follow the entire process for Commercial and Small business loans and lines of credit; including origination, due diligence analysis, pre-close, and assisting with loan closing. Reviewing commercial loan documentation for accuracy, ensuring documentation is in compliance with regulations and company policies, and assisting lender with all corrections or requirements to meet closing deadlines. I provide administrative and operational support to commercial accounts including providing assistance with deposit and loan transactions, loan processing, account resolution, and various other administrative support roles. Requesting and evaluating financial information along with commercial loan documentation review requirements; including promissory notes, mortgages, title insurance policies, various collateral documentation, appraisals, flood evaluations, officer evaluations, attorney engagement letters, UCC searches and many other commercial loan documents.I serve as point of contact to assist attorneys, CPA's, title companies, and other business partners and vendors with account resolution or commercial loan processing tasks. I am primary contact for commercial and real estate insurance reports; working in OSCIS to evaluate force placed issues and resolution. I have experience with deposit account servicing; including opening and closing deposit accounts, NSF management, wires, overdrafts, and processing draw requests.

Identifying and cross selling first and second mortgages, automobile loans, personal loans and refinance products. Following the entire loan process; including loan origination, underwriting, processing and loan closing. Extensive customer services; including daily customer assistance with account inquiries, payment processing, collections, and other account research.
