In my capacity as both an Information Technology Manager and Professional Services Specialist, I facilitated technology needs inclusive of desktops, laptops, servers, security, and training in Americas. I also helped global customers with the formation of complex SQL queries to generate customized reports.

As a Development and Information Technology Director, I expedited all technology requests, including servers, backup, phones, firewalls, security, internet, workstations and peripherals for both corporations. In 2008, I transferred to SportsiPlay (SiP) from StoreLink (SLRG) due to a shift in the workload between the jointly owned companies. Following the transfer, I managed and developed a social networking site for amateur athletes and maintained the project schedule within budget. I also tracked team progress against goals to ensure the realization of milestones.

As an executive team member, I supervised support staff in the effective management and observation of a high-availability VPN to provide access to a centralized POS system. This required me to plan and implement a system conversion, from a Unix-based platform to an SQL-based platform.
