Design and delivery of senior sales and leadership training across the Americas region. Responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of sales training programs within Spencer Ogden. Work closely with sales management to gain knowledge of sales strategy and determine training needs, and independently develop effective training programs or tools. Training may include new hire orientation, systems training, sales process and consultative selling, presentation skills, phone selling skills, mentoring workshops, leadership programs, vision days and any other key learning required by sales management at a senior consultant or leadership level. Also responsible for managing the America's L&D team. Working with the Global L&D Director to create an L&D strategy based off the business's needs, as well as training and managing L&D consultants in our department.

My role focuses on the training of consultants with 0-3 years experience through our extensive training programs. I develop and create content, while also providing follow ups, one to one coaching, reports and facilitation of training programs. Our training programs have proven success in creating top recruitment consultant performers and Managers. Here at Spencer Ogden we value the training and development of our employees.
