Seasoned Production Manager who has also been on the Quality side of things so I have a strong understanding of both sides as well as: extensive experience in various other printing environments. Strong interest in establishing streamlined manufacturing processes and metrics, as well as team development, cross functional project management, and multiple site leadership.My management style as a whole is very black and white with few grey areas, this leaves less room for misinterpretation of what you expect from your employees. I believe that we are only as good as our employees and we certainly need them to get our job done. I like to build on an employees strengths rather then focus on their weaknesses. The right training, development, and education lead to increased productivity, knowledge, loyalty, and contribution. This in turn creates a succession plan, with strong well adjusted individuals.
