I currently deliver ITSM/ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) projects for Advisory Services at CDW, as a Principal Consultant and Project Manager. I am an ITIL 4 Managing Professional with in-depth knowledge of ITSM/ITIL theory and practical application who assists CDW's clients with the design, planning, implementation and continual improvement of ITIL processes as well as the selection of service management tools. My experience encompasses ITSM, ITIL, process design/implementation, workflow analysis and design, continual service improvement, program/project management, and service management tool selection. I have implementation expertise that spans various industries, including health care, insurance, legal, manufacturing, human resources and financial services.I have over 26 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining CDW Advisory Services, I spent over three years supporting internal ERP production systems; and was a Senior Oracle Programmer/Analyst at Honeywell Sensing and Control in Freeport, IL.
