I worked as an Internal Controls Specialist at FedEx Express for over three years, where I ensured effective overall internal control environment by performing regular internal control reviews of all operating units within the Asia Pacific region, verifying compliance and effectiveness of all operating systems, identifying control gaps and risks, and making recommendations to bridge them. I also carried out annual ICFR project for the whole region, including process mapping, control establishment, control testing, and control remediation.
