With my time at BIAAZ, I facilitated pivoting to virtual programs through the pandemic. I coordinated their one-off events as well as recurring meetings like support groups. This involved writing copy descriptions for promotional materials as well as executing customer communications in regard to events.I provided in-house tech support in the form of assisting colleagues in troubleshoot basic software program issues, video editing content for posting on YouTube, writing pieces for the ezine, and designing an online interactive art gallery. I also contributed to in-house graphic design efforts including designs and schedules of many social media elements. Furthermore, I performed comprehensive event planning including initial research and bid collection, talent booking, marketing, setup/teardown, participant surveying, and reflective closure of KPIs. This was in addition to the executive administrative assistance I provided to the CEO for our grants and funds accounting and on-going database entry and cleanup.

My time at this position was really two concurrent full-time jobs. I sustained a full schedule of teaching sections of beginning/intermediate/advanced theatre arts classes. This entailed all the curriculum development, district testing, and parent interactions of any other teacher. Then I ran the thriving after-school program, wherein I was the sole advisor for up to 100 students participating in the main stage productions. This also means I oversaw the "hiring/firing" of our crews and cast members and served as the "HR" department when issues arose between those workers. I oversaw all the elements a of a fully independent theatre company from the budgeting, licensing of shows, marketing, community relations, 3rd party rentals, artistic direction of the mainstage season, and more.

This was my first full-time teaching position. I was thrown into an experimental co-teaching program and thus was working closely with the principal at the time to evaluate the efficacy of it. I was welcomed by grade level and content level colleagues, leaning into their expertise while also being able to bring fresh ideas to the table. My years here coincided with the advent of the computerized state testing. I became known around campus as a bit of technical wizard and developed training materials for fellow staff members to ease the transition to the computerized version of the test.

Serving the customer base with efficiency and always exceeded quotas set by management. Composed training reference manual allowing to triple the number of new trainees at a time. Training of over 30 new hires, with progress/prospect evaluation reports to operations manager.
