Strategic Partner to Employee Resource Groups (ERG) and Employee Networks (ENs). I identify and connect key contacts and resources within AT&T to ERGs and ENs. These groups serve over 100,000 of AT&T's most engaged employees.

Responsible for managing vendor operations for over 1500 cell sites in North Texas and Southern New Mexico. Manage day to day functionality of vendor maintenance operations in North Texas. Develop and execute strategic sourcing concepts to manage purchase requests such as vendor bids, quotes, and proposals. Execute cost/savings analysis to ensure the best possible pricing for repairs needed in efforts to achieve maximum savings. Responsible for sourcing potential vendors and ensure vendors meet the proper criteria to be considered to complete work for AT&T. Partner and collaborate with market level Network Ops organization to analyze a variation of requests that require in-depth analysis of work being performed. Act as a liaison between vendors and local Network Ops Organization through vendor management, overseeing the repair cycle from start to finish. Responsible for prioritizing critical issues and ensure the success of company-wide initiatives.

Maintain lease and legal documents and process lease transactions for over 2500 cell sites in Texas and New Mexico. Maintain line of sight to all organizational work stream objectives required to move the business forward. Provide direction and technical expertise to support various AT&T business units in the area of leasing and property management. Provide guidelines and process to effectively and efficiently perform the acquisition activities and the securing of permits and clearances to start construction. Reported and communicated to senior leadership and served as a liaison between market project managers, legal and landlords. Provide financial reviews on leased and owned property to real estate management.

Provide direct personnel support to 1500+ military members of the 507TH Air Refueling Wing. Prepare and present personnel updates to senior ranking officials. Balance multiple priorities in an environment of constant change with an extensive list of stakeholders. Plan, direct, and control aspects within programs in Career Enhancements, Customer Service, Employment, Relocations and Readiness. Supervise a team of airmen responsible for the updating personnel action requests in personnel systems. Prepare official military correspondence and accountability reports. Provide members with information and counseling related to Air Force Reserve occupations, opportunities for general education and job training, requirements for promotion, and rights and benefits. Brief provisions of personnel programs such as assignments, promotions, separations, retirements, benefit programs, retention, classification, training and retraining, and career progression.
