Key Responsibility Areas:• Coordinate with the team and clients for the flawless execution of projects.• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.• Based on provided scope and requirements translate them into software design and task, schedule and assign the same using different methodology.• Monitor the project execution to flag any scope, time, quality deviations from the planned. • Manage the change requests using proper channel. • Report and escalate to management as and when needed.• Create and submit comprehensive project reports (Client wise, Team wise, Project wise etc.)• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests• Identify additional report requirements, document, design those reports.
