HR - Talent Acquisition & Admin-Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.-Determine selection criteria-Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)-Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews-Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details-Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements-Lead employer branding initiatives-Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events-Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department-Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates-Organize and maintain personnel records-Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave )-Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides-Revise company policies-Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance-Create regular HR reports-Answer employees queries about HR-related issues-Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)-Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms-Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)-Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests-Update internal databases with new hire information-Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies-Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days-Publish and remove job ads-Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed-Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department-Develop training and onboarding material-Respond to employees’ questions about benefits for eg: number of vacation days they’re eligible for)-Business trip tickets and itinerary processing
