Abbott - HR C&B Assistant 2017.07-now➢ Payroll Team 2018.01-nowResponsible for C&B team daily activities1) individual income tax declaration for 22 legal entities/branch officestimely tracking the tax system upgrades and take necessary action to ensure monthly reporting accuracy and compliance; annual IIT reconciliation filing and communication with each tax authorities throughout the country and employees.2) Abbot Benefits Plan▪ Support Benefits Plan through technology, improve and optimize HR processes• Communication with employees for Saving Plan; Abbott Points; Commercial Insurance• In collaboration with vendors like HWABAO TRUST, Aon Hewitt and ICBC-AXA LIFE3) HK payroll calculationCommunicate and work with HK HRBPs4) Support the communication with business leaders to obtain necessary endorsement as well as take care of the communication with employees regarding C&B changes and new initiatives.5) Communication with ADP for enhancing C&B platform/database and analytical tools to ensure C&B analysis/report in an accurate and timely manner; Oversee interfaces between systems and resolve technical issues in coordination with ADP; Maintain System Reports to ensure the simplicity, transparency and accuracy.6) Insurance of Income certification7) Other ad-hoc projects and reports assigned by line manager➢ Non-payroll Team 2017.07-2018.01 Work with C&B payroll team, BHR and TA; Non-payroll daily work
