Answered the phone to help the members with any of their needs. Managed the club website by editing all of the departments sections and uploading photos. Helped out with Accounts Receivable. Edited and entered receipts and numbers from events to send a bill to the event host. Helped set up for events.

Take new prospects on tours of the Country Club. Explain to new members the rules and regulations of the country club. Fill out membership forms and enter them in the database. Help the director plan and organize new member mixer. Edited, uploaded, and sent out the member weekly newsletter from each department. Help edit the member website. Created, wrote and edited the employee newsletter. Help the receptionist with scheduling, answering a multi-line phone, assisted with phone repairs and set up voicemail boxes for new and existing employees. Assisted with Human Resources with distributing applications and drug tests, and new employee orientation.
