Client Services Managers are front line an ambassadors for their companies. Delivering the services that the sales team promised and adding the value to a customer is paying to see. When customers click "Contact Us" or pick up the phone, they have a goal in mind and expect an action to be taken. My main objective as a Client Services Manager has always been to ensure that the customer receives what they came for.When I start a new job, I want to know everything about it. What are our options? How are we going to do it? Because the devil is frequently found in the details, I make every effort to be exact and detail-oriented. I work hard to establish a good reputation at work by maintaining open lines of communication with teammates and people in different functional jobs to learn what they know and how to best work with them. I use what I've learned from this dialogue to navigate between the firm's and the customer's often conflicting goals.When I believe I have a firm handle on the work, I increase my efforts to improve the lives of my clients by training teammates and taking an active role in their development. I utilize positivity to make work a more enjoyable place to be, creating a lively atmosphere. When a coworker comes in with a new viewpoint, I find that I can still learn new things, and I try to offer credit and elevate people who have something new to add.My high energy and passion for fun come with me in my day-to-day life. I take pride in doing a little bit of everything. In addition to my career, I've had the opportunity to be a certified Scuba diver and enjoy my passion for traveling while also making time to obtain my Master of Business Administration Degree.
