Graduate from IUPUI School of Liberal Arts - BA in Communication Studies. Former student-athlete who held a lead captain role for four and a half years on the IUPUI Women's Tennis team that took on a demanding fitness, competition, and practice schedule. Held a lead role in the Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC), obtaining a position as one of two Horizon League representatives for the IUPUI institution and Marketing and Communications chair for IUPUI SAAC. My education in the Kelley School of Business and Liberal Arts School at IUPUI has shaped my ability to execute strategic organizational goals and overall communication strategies. My experience in sports events, working as a marketing intern, communication management intern, and being the former president of many student involvement organizations, has set my foundation to better myself through my future endeavors. My experience as a student-athlete taking on two degrees has prepared and motivated me for demanding schedules and pressure situations. I have ever-growing knowledge and an eagerness and ability to perform and execute role responsibilities, exceeding goals and expectations.In my current role, I utilize my vast communication, marketing, and leadership skills to translate business strategies into key messages, and develop appropriate internal communications initiatives in support of those strategies, while executing and driving programs that create excitement, drive engagement, align teams, and shape organizational culture.My competitive spirit fuels and enables me to focus on improving the communities and teams I am a part of.
