Hi there, I'm Krystie! 👋I'm a Visual Designer with proven leadership, collaboration, and cross-cultural skills, focused on providing creative solutions and dynamic designs. I've pivoted from a career in education to a career in tech, specifically in design; since music has been a passion of mine my whole life, my dream is to run my own design firm specifically catering to bands, musicians, and entertainers. I also love language, having obtained a BA in Linguistics and studied a total of 6 languages (English, German, Spanish, Latin, Swedish, Icelandic.) I grew up all over the world, as my father served in the USAF for 20 years, and I've moved around quite a bit as an adult, as well. So far in my life, I've lived in 4 countries and 9 U.S. states, currently calling Washington State my home. I love to travel, as well, with Iceland being my absolute favorite place on the planet!I love to learn, and I bring enthusiasm and energy to everything I do. While I continue looking for a full-time role, I've started my freelancing business, Krystie Ritchey Designs, and am open for new clients! In my free time, I enjoy listening to/creating/attending live music, reading, running, learning languages, and hosting a weekly trivia show.
