-Microsoft OneNote to create training structure and development tools utilized across multiple job roles within the branch. Resulting in nearly 10% increase in utilization of internal loan systems without the needed help of tech support.-Collaborate with Marketing, HR and upper level management on recruiting, interviewing and hiring. -Maintain operational figures for branch profit and loss; contribute to branch budget restructuring to cut unnecessary costs.-Leading monthly training with the entire branch on mortgage news, updated policies and procedures. -Onboard all new employees across various roles; train on day-to-day operations, loan systems and proper use of external resources.
