Kevin Satterthwaite is Chief Administrative Officer for the Urban Affairs Coalition (UAC), a Philadelphia based nonprofit organization with an annual budget of $35 million, servicing 70+ program partners. UAC unites governments, businesses, neighborhoods, and individual initiative to improve the quality of life in the region, build wealth in urban communities, and solve emerging issues. Kevin joined the Coalition in 2009. He oversees and manages the UAC teams, responsible for daily business operations and multiple business lines, who support the Coalition's programs partners and 450+ employees. UAC provides services annually to over 150,000 members of the community. Kevin leads and manages the teams responsible for the daily operations needed to service the multiple business lines supporting the fiscal management of 65+ Program Partners and 400+ employees. In addition he sets the strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation and coordination of the information and technology systems throughout organization. Ensuring that all information technology investments are aligned with the mission and business objectives of the UAC organization.
