Through research and reporting, communications and stakeholder engagement, and data analysis and modeling, we help communities identify what they need to do to integrate sustainability into their long-term planning and programming.We have helped clients develop new sustainability and climate action plans, update their past plans, and implement the strategies in their plans. Climate action and resiliency plans that are realistic, as well as aspirational, are essential for ensuring the long-term sustainable future of a community.

Developed Winter Park Resorts Sustainability Action Plan, detailing foundational efforts the resort can take to reduce energy and water consumption, their carbon footprint, increase waste diversion and advance resilient land management and water management strategies. Wrote Electronic Art’s first Impact Report (Corporate Social Responsibility Report) detailing the companies environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals and progress. Conducted a Materiality Assessment for Electronic Arts to identify key ESG focus areas for their future CSR platform that were a priority for staff, investors, and customers. Managed the launch of a new bison treat line for West Paw and implemented sustainable sourcing standards into new supplier contracts. Develop proposals, budget, and built strategic teams for new business opportunities in response to RFPs or other business development opportunities.

- Overall coordination of the CAC to eliminate 50,000 mT of CO2e from the Eagle County community each year through stakeholder engagement and implementation of scaled community improvement projects aligned with the Climate Action Plan- Work with CAC steering committee and co-chairs to determine strategies and maintain momentum and collective impact of the CAC- Support each of the five CAC GHG sector working groups (residential buildings, commercial buildings,transportation and mobility, materials management, education and outreach) in organizing meetings, implementing projects, and achieving GHG reduction results- Create a system to monitor and report on collective GHG reductions across the community- Work with CAC education and outreach working group and WMSC marketing department to create and implement a communications and outreach plan that recognizes successes of CAC members and further engages the Eagle County community in GHG reduction programs and projects
