About Kevin Schwaba
I am a leader with a passion for building teams and driving GTM expansion. My tech experience spans the stack: application platform (Salesforce), APIs (Twilio) and core infrastructure (database). I believe in value selling, but I've had to be my own SE and believe the license to do discovery has to be earned. I have thrived in international sales and entering new markets. I have personally closed, and helped my direct reports close, multi-million dollar deals with lighthouse customers. I have had success selling into SMB, MM and Enterprise segments across verticals and countries, giving me know-how on tailoring selling practices to different types of customers.As Twilio grew, we expanded to new markets. I helped a new LATAM team solidify and grow significantly (0 AEs in 2018 to ~40+AEs in 2022). I personally built the enterprise business in LATAM (excluding Brazil), building the team from 0 to 8 AEs.I contribute to the greater growth of the business by openly sharing learnings and making relevant recommendations.
