I'm a Senior Product Manager with 8+ years of experience building SaaS products across web and mobile, in the B2B, B2C, and B2B2C spaces. I started as a Software Engineer, so I have a strong technical foundation and understand the tech side, but my real passion is the user, and crafting excellent software. I do this by directly interacting with the users, such as workshops or UAT sessions, gathering and researching feedback, or digging into and analyzing the data to slice through ambiguity and truly solve their issues.Some of my coolest accomplishments: • I worked with a startup acquired by Cisco to help them mature their product and project work such that they could scale and grow smartly now that they were "center stage", so to speak. • I led development on adoption software for the state of Tennessee that had a budget of $800M, and the product I launched there is now in use across most of the USA, helping countless children daily (peaked at 12M DAU). • I recently helped the development of a Compliance SaaS app, where my A/B testing methods and landing page improvements boosted their revenue by 17%. No matter where I go, I focus on building things that work and delight users and stakeholders by making the best data-driven decisions possible that result in world-class products.I'm at home with all kinds of teams, startup to enterprise, and I love working with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and all the disciplines that make cross-functionality shine.
