Directed content operations for music marketing agency providing customized, brand-extending entertainment formats to commercial client base. Budgeted, recruited and managed team of programming and production professionals. Responsible for driving company growth. Led the design of 250+ branded channels for interactive music delivery site TheRadio.com and 75 custom client streams for StorecastingUSA.com.Implemented strategies for new revenue streams (faith-based organizations, sports teams, colleges/universities). Created interactive sales collateral, managed client relationships and responsible for management tool training. Worked with engineers to develop software for business space technologies and to improve user experience.

Supervised programming in “key” revenue markets across the Southeast (Jackson MS, Greenville SC, Charleston SC). Managed staff, promotions, imaging, budget, website, research, advertising and database campaigns. Promoted as one of 25 national Brand Managers for Clear Channel, later named Regional Director of Programming, overseeing 52 properties across the Southeast. Attended the Capstar Leadership Institute and organized campaigns to raise over $830,000 for St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Created radio brand for legendary Phoenix, AZ owner/entertainer Buck Owens. Researched and prepared aggressive marketing strategy to build audience in competitive marketplace. Hired all staff and completed imaging/branding/promotions within 23 day launch deadline. Planned and hosted team-building activities.
