I have worked in Mc Donald's for 5 years and started my journey as a Management Trainee and ended as Store Handler cum 1st Asst Manager. I have learned many tactics for being effecient on work, time management, inventory, training, etc which all helped me in my professional and personal life. It is a FMCG which is totally customer oriented which helped me understanding in veiws of each and every individual.After working for 5.5 years and spending a huge time with McDonald's I moved to OYO as Area Business Manager where I was handling approximately 49 hotels in Raipur location. I was also a part of pre opening team for launching OYO hotels in small cities like Bilaspur and for a small part time Bhilai and Durg. I handled these cities till June 2019. My profile was to handle each and every hotel's portfolio on the base of revenue, pricing, staff training, guest satisfaction, P&L of Hotel, bookings, etcIn the month of July, i got transferred to Bhopal where i was handling 23 Hotels and then We launched OYO in Sagar where I was handling operations for these hotels from the company side.Recently i joined Vishal Mega Mart in August 2019 as Training Manager in Gurgaon and continuing my journey with the company.
