DigDeep Labs houses the nonprofit’s research and innovation initiatives to advance its mission of ensuring that every person living in the United States is granted their human right to clean running water and proper sanitation. In this space, we’ll grow our evidence base, share our learnings, and continue to collaborate with other innovators in the domestic Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) sector. As Executive Director, I: Oversee research and data of the nonprofit’s own impact through field work and other programs, as well as the monitoring and evaluation of the broader US WASH sector.Spearhead innovation cohorts, which bring together NGOs working to solve complex and diverse domestic WASH challenges to foster collaboration and drive solutions.Manage flexible funding programs that finance small-scale water access projects by partners and community members to further support experimentation and uncover potential new solutions.

With a focus on sustainability of water service delivery, this role includes development of training programs for partners, results measurements and monitoring, program development and data analysis. Key responsibilities:Develop quantitative and qualitative monitoring and evaluation tools to measure progress and sustainability of field work.Manage funding related to sustainability programming.Develop implementation and training plan for monitoring and measurement tools used globally to understand programmatic progress.Develop data-driven communication strategy to share program progress in the WASH sector and with major funding partners.

Created bridge between financial reporting and programmatic progress while developing an organization-wide compliance and internal audit function.
