To assist Project Site Manager in day to day operations supporting field technicians and tracking project progression utilizing company protocols and procedures and contractual guidelines. Daily appointment scheduling utilizing calendars and spreadsheets in excel format. Responsible for printing daily appointment sheets and work orders for the field technicians. Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions. Fielding appointment calls, utility customer issue calls, etc. and escalating them to appropriate departments using standard protocols.Provides information by answering questions and requests for engineers and utility customers to resolve field issues, scheduling conflicts and data issues. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results. Maintain professional integrity in workplace environment, phone conversations, etc. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
