*Maintained a multiple source, multi-million dollar budget by tracking funding allocations, purchases, licensing and costs. Created, maintained and analyzed tracking models using MS Excel as well as various applications to reflect changes in fiscal data, contractual documentation and personnel information. Provided input for development of program descriptions, processes and planning. Analyze and provide input for resolution of office issues regarding vendors and various types of contracts.*Ensured that vendor payments were done correctly and within a timely fashion. Tracked all non-mainframe related software assets. Provided input for company documentation and data call requests as well as gathered, contributed and edited the Asset Management Monthly Report used in tracking models for each labor contract in order to monitor funding as well as spending trends. This report is also submitted to the Finance Department for payment each month. Made labor and equipment purchases using the Departments online tools and databases for both the customer and the company.*Coordinated efforts and relationships with multiple departments using software for internal or external usage. Developed and submitted internal documentation identifying and justifying future fiscal year project needs and costs. Maintained IT assets, particularly software date of purchase, warranty/maintenance agreements, validity/expiration date and all costs associated with such assets.*Consulted with stakeholders to develop and document information regarding pricing and licensing. Periodically surveyed stakeholders to determine whether any licenses have become obsolete or have reached “end of life”. Worked with vendors to obtain quotes for proposed new/replacements assets and/or renewal of warranties and maintenance agreements as appropriate.
