Business Office Supervisor
Current• Implement and executed agency policies and procedures to abide by Accreditation Canada standards, and the collective bargaining agreement• Facilitate IT/Telecommunications, and Office procedural training with up to 250 management staff, and unionized employees• Records management – physical & electronic: building systematic guidelines for the creation, usage, maintenance and archival of patient records in compliance with metadata standards.• Negotiate IT vendor contracts and monitor SLA; annual performance reviews to ensure vendor compliance, quality assurance, and mitigate risks• Establish risk assessments to manage IT asset life-cycle, coordinate system migrations, implement a new server infrastructure, and preserve assets by designing a disaster recovery and backup system• Evaluate and manage department budget by scheduling expenditures and analyzing cost/schedule variances to meet operational objectives• Formulate business plans in support of technical IT projects and building renovations, manage maintenance and security testing, and create action plans for emergency preparedness
