Communications/Marketing Specialist: Organized, goal oriented, and reliable with a love of diversity and inclusivity. With 5+ years of experience in multiple diversity programs involving: Non-Profits, Student Run Organizations and so forth.I am a very determined worker because throughout my college years I supported myself. Because of having no financial help from family I was unable to get an internship after graduating because I could not afford a non paying internship. And the ones that paid where too far for me to attend. But after years of working in the food industry in a supervisorial role I found an opportunity to move to the city of my dreams, NYC. With this move opened more opportunities and thankfully after much hardship I found an internship that fit me perfectly. And with the help of my internship and the volunteer/consulting that I have done I have honed my skills and feel that I am ready to set forth on my own.
