Hi! I'm Katelynn. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, baking, and learning new hobbies. If I had to choose, my favorite would be baking because it brings my loved ones joy. I am currently learning how to paint and rock climb. Rock climbing is difficult for me, as I don't like heights, but I enjoy working through the challenges. Painting has allowed me to release some of my creative ideas that I could not always bring to my previous jobs.I am currently working with HearingLife as an HIS Apprentice. I have consistently received positive reviews and feedback from both leadership and patients resulting in repeat business and increased revenue for the practice. I also contributed to our clinic averaging 1 million dollars annually in revenue and worked with an accomplished provider who was part of president’s club. To accomplish averaging 1 million dollars in revenue, I have learned to work well in fast paced and demanding environments. From Aug 2018 to Aug 2022, I served in the US Navy as a Damage Controlman. While in the Navy, I led junior sailors in routine maintenance checks. Trained over 50 personnel with a 98% accuracy rate on training exams. I implemented a new filing system to track the records of the previously mentioned 50 personnel. While in High school, I worked at Wendy's as a crew member from Aug 2016 to Jul 2018. As a crew member, I learned to maintain a high level of customer service during fast- paced operations. I assembled food orders while maintaining appropriate portion controls. I stocked and replenished merchandise according to store merchandising layouts. As well as, operating the cash register with accurate cash handling and credit card transactions.
