With 25 Years of experience working with individuals in need of a fair chance, I am creating more equitable and just workplaces. I have helped start and grow both social enterprises and nonprofits, as a way to empower marginalized adults. My own life experience enables me to relate to team members' struggles as thy begin the journey to getting their lives back in order. Using my 24 years of experience in social enterprise, working with returned citizens, people in recovery, custom printing, program management, vendor relations and operations, I work with organizations to develop training programs that enable team members to learn the ins and outs of navigating new work environments and become experts in their fields.
