• Responsible for a team of 10-15 engineers• Weekly meetings with the CEO of the company • Responsible for the project coordination and resource allocation for all projects of the company• Handled the team of engineers through the transition from full on-site to the hybrid mode due to the Covid-19 pandemic• Designed and coordinated a large project for an analytics project for reporting KPIs related to the performance and UX of the entire network of subscribers of a large telco abroad. There was a tight deadline of 3 months to have this project designed, implemented, setup and tested and all of this while navigating through the first months of the Covid-19 era and the remote working.• Main point of contact for the Horizon2020 project 5GSOLUTIONS (https://5gsolutionsproject.eu) were I also acted as a work package leader. 5GSOLUTIONS is about formulating a wide set of innovative, heterogeneous use cases spanning across five vertical industries in a complementary way and providing the technological enablers for facilitating the execution of the field trials over specific ICT-17 5G facilities. Our role within the project was to design and implement a KPI Visualization System for automating the analysis and presentation of the results obtained from ICT-17 facilities and presenting them through an intuitive user-friendly dashboard in graphical form in near real time. I heavily participated in the design of the KPI-VS, it's integration with the 20 use cases and the underlying 5G facilities. As work package leader, I was the main contributor of the deliverables involved in our work package but also in other WPs also.

• Responsible for a team of 10-15 engineers• Weekly meetings with the CEO of the company • Decided to move from PHP to Angular on all projects involving a frontend tool• Handled the transition of the company's analytics product from Spring and JBoss 7 to the Open Service Gateway Initiative (OSGI) specification and Karaf container. Previous modules remained on the Spring framework but new ones were now built based on OSGI and deployed on a customized Karaf container• Continued handling the Horizon2020 project HEARTEN (development, coordination and deliverables)• Designed and participated in the refactoring of the company's messaging platform (from a monolythic JAVA application to an OSGI based project utilizing the Camel Framework) along with it's migration to a new infrastructure and the updating of the various components (MySQL to mariaDB, introduction of HaProxy and Nagios)• Design and setup of a PKI for issuing certificates for a large telco company. The CA software installed and configured was EJBCA (https://www.ejbca.org). This involved the installation and setup of several components apart from EJBCA like HaProxy, MariaDB, MaxScale along with the Galera Cluster for offering clustering services and high availability.• Installed the company's messaging platform to a new telco company abroad

We have built a Java-based business intelligence highly scalable application that can seamlessly integrate with any application and connect to any data source including but not limited to legacy file transfer such as flat-text ASCII files, XML files and SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres). The platform supported full configuration of the news items, such as different pricing, scheduling and lifecycle of news reports and full content management from external partners.Offer Management System:heavily involved in the implementation of the OMS system for AMC Albania.
