Primary responsible for ensuring data availability for billing the company's largest clients, accounting for approximately 75% of the withdrawn volume. Primarily operates outside business hours, focusing on supporting the Operational Control Center (OCC) cores of Comgás and implementing the intra-daily gas consumption schedule with the supplier.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Supporting the operational continuity of the Comgás OCC Dispatch Center, with a focus on sustaining the Efficient Field Service Management (GESC) system used in managing and directing emergency notes and technical assistance.Supporting the operational continuity of the Comgás OCC Network and Equipment Monitoring core, emphasizing the stability of the company's SCADA system, used for remote monitoring of over 2,000 telemetry-equipped devices in the Comgás concession area.Supporting the operational continuity of the Crisis Management core, dedicated to mitigating and resolving incidents with high potential impact, such as containment loss (leaks), LKFs (leaks followed by fire), LKEs (leaks followed by explosion), etc. Focus on sustaining the "Geogás" geographic information system, used for consulting and simulating field-installed assets and pipelines.Operating and mastering all aforementioned applications and the processes in which they are used.Communicating swiftly with leadership in operational or systemic crisis situations.Conducting hydraulic network analyses, valve and station numbering.Drafting documentation relevant to the area, its processes, and applications.Creating highly technically complex managerial presentations with strong visual quality.Automating routine activities, such as SAP report extraction, incident report preparation, and updating area indicators.

Partnership where I contributed on improving the way in which military maintenance is carried out in national territory by renovating and automating test benches for our military turbojet engines, resulting in two big deliveries:Modernization of the test bench for turbojet engines at the Aeronautical Materials Park of São Paulo through a PXI chassis and graphical programming. (Paper author, published at AIAA AVIATION 2017).Creation of a portable test system for turbojet engines, designed to operate in remote locations. Compact chassis with FPGAs and Real-Time controllers were employed. (First author and presenter at AUTOTESTCON 2018).
