Supporting partners and Corporate customers in EDI area.- Test, implement and maintain EDI transactions via typical file transfer protocols- Assisting with any testing and analysing messages received on customer side- Observing and monitoring transfer and correcting any failures during file exchange- Providing technical knowledge to IT Technical advisers- Proactively identify improvement areas and drive improvements exceeding own area of responsibilities to improve process efficiency- Analysing existing EDI configurations and advising to technical issues- Taking care of analysing the company requirements and develop the setup accordingly- Knowledge of communication protocols: FTP, SFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, AS2, SWIFTNet- Knowledge of XML, EDIFACT- Participation in global project (SEPA, EDI to XML)- Providing required documentation for software used in company- Create and update process flows related to the company system- Recognise and escalate problems, and propose solutions according to the procedures in order to avoid re-occurrences in the future- Delivering training sessions for team members, exchange and expand knowledge to increase the level of process performance- Detect and monitor security-related events , using SMART LOG, SMART DOMAIN MANAGER- SmartView Monitor used for monitoring different aspects of network activities, traffic, status of specific gateway
