Customer Service Representative
CurrentCustomer Service Responsibilities:- Answer customer service calls courteously and promptly.- Manage orders, inquiries, and redirect calls when needed.- Act as a link between customers, sales, and internal departments.- Resolve order-related issues in line with company policies.- Aid Sales Operations in creating quotes and applying them accurately.- Uphold professionalism and utilize resources for customer support.Order Processing Duties:- Enter and process orders accurately within established guidelines.- Ensure precise direction of orders to shipping or relevant departments.- Enter invoices, credits, and releases accurately and in a timely manner.- File and organize customer documents and maintain accounts.International and Miscellaneous Tasks:- Handle international accounts by adhering to Commerce and Customs regulations.- Perform file maintenance and organize customer records.- Carry out additional duties like area opening/closing and day-end processes.- Attend on-site activities and interact with clients and team members regularly.- Fulfill miscellaneous tasks as directed by the manager.
