-Responsible for the administration of the QA/QC department.-Responsible for the preparation and approval of all QA/QC documents like Quality control plan, ITP’s, ITR’s and etc.-Monitor Sub contractors / Vendors Performance for compliance with quality requirements and Reports to the Project manager.-Monitor/initiate necessary corrective action in order to achieve the quality objectives.-Responsible for identify in-house /external training needs related to quality for the Project and bring to the notice of Project Manager.-Responsible to guide & monitor for QC Engineers to full fill inspection and test requirements of the contract all stages of process as per Quality plan and contract requirements.-Identify quality problems relating to the system and product quality and analyze non conformity records, conduct in-depth studies and initiate corrective/preventive measures and verify corrective action implementation. Ensure that NCR are closed out in time.-Ensure maintenance of calibration records for measuring & monitoring devices used in the contract.-Attend weekly and monthly Quality meeting at site.-Compile and maintain pertinent records of inspection and test till the end of contract and transmit all the records of inspection to the CLIENT, and Corporate Office for retention on completion of project.-Reports and liaise with Project Manager on day to day activities at site.-Monitoring the Geotechnical Investigation of the project.

Khazzan Consolidated Camp (Gas field). Client- British petroleum and Jacobs-Responsible and authority for overall control of QA / QC functions at site.-Responsible to liaise with BP site Representative and Project Representative for the conduct of overall quality related activities of the contract on a daily basis.-Responsible for verify the trade testing scheme is conducted to ensure that non skilled/non-trained personnel will not do any jobs that affect quality.-Responsible to guide & monitor for QC inspectors to full fill inspection and test requirements of the contract all stages of process as per Contract Quality Plan (CQP) and contract requirements.-Responsible to identify quality problems relating to the system and product quality and analyze non conformity records, conduct in-depth studies and initiate corrective/preventive measures and verify corrective action implementation. Ensure that NCR are closed out in time.-Ensure compliance to the quality objectives set for the project.-Ensure maintenance of calibration records for measuring & Monitoring devices used in the contract-Ensure that the Sub contractors /vendors Quality documentation (viz. Quality Control, Inspection and test Plan, QA /QC Procedures, Method statement etc.) are approved prior to commencement of their activities-Monitor Sub contractors / Vendors Performance for compliance with quality requirements.-Attend weekly and monthly Quality meeting at site.-Compile and maintain pertinent records of inspection and test till the end of contract and transmit all the records of inspection to the Client, and Corporate Office for retention on completion of project.-Reports and liaise with the Construction Manager/QA Manager on day to day activities at site.-Issue RFI (Request for Inspection) to the Client in the agreed format for Daily Site Inspections.-Responsible for Quality Dossiers for each phase of work completed.

Airfield Projects (Runway, Taxiway, Ramps, Pre-Engineering buildings, CMU buildings, K-Span buildings)-In-charge in technical supervision, coordination, and monitoring of Construction works at site.-Complied for the execution of works under the approved plans and specification.-Prepare and responsible of taking approval from Client for submittals acc. to the Project specifications and drawings.-Monitoring three phase inspections.-Prepare materials inspection reports and took approval from Client.-Monitoring and pushing the works of site to meet the project schedule.-Inspection of all assigned Construction work at site prior for final inspection to the client.-Inspection of all the materials delivered as per approved submittal prior to install.-Ensures that all execution of works shall comply with the approved Plans and Specification.-Responsible in the Supervision and Documentation for the project,-Implemented survey alignment checking of steel structure as per survey checklist required. Measuring and checking of position of embedded plate for the structure as maintained the quality of works.-Coordinate day-by-day to the Construction Manger & QC Manager, before executing the work for any revise drawing.-Responsible of inspecting the rectified deficiencies recorded in the punch list prior for final hand-over and commissioning.-Responsible of close out of submittal register by submitting all close out submittals such as O&M Manuals, Warranty list and Spare parts for the project as per the Contract.

Road Construction (National Highway)-In-charge in technical supervision, coordination, and monitoring of works.-Complied for the execution of works under the approved plans and specification.-Monitoring, surveillance and pushing the works of site to meet the project schedule.-Ensures that all execution of works shall comply with the approved Plans and Specification.-Responsible for placement of concrete activities at site, and construction of embankments, sub-grade, wearing course, side slopes, rock cutting and etc.-Coordinate on daily basis with the Construction Manager
