With over 10 years of experience in the field of renewable energy and climate policy, I am passionate about supporting India's transition to a low-carbon and green economy. I currently lead the Energy Transition with Discoms project at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, a German development agency, where I work with state utilities and regulators to facilitate the integration of renewable energy into the grid and the market.I also head the RE500 project, which aims to achieve India's ambitious renewable energy targets by developing and implementing innovative solutions and digital platforms for RE deployment, such as green hydrogen and e-mobility. In addition, I have been involved in several capacity building and advisory activities for city nodal agencies, state governments, and the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy. Through these projects, I have demonstrated my analytical skills, leadership abilities, and strategic thinking in addressing complex and dynamic challenges in the energy sector.
