Onboarding & Offboarding:•Coordinate all aspects of employee onboarding, including pre-employment checks, background screenings, and new hire orientation.•Manage employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final pay distribution.Employee Relations:•Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.•Assist in resolving employee relations issues, such as conflicts or disciplinary matters.•Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.HR Administration:•Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system (personnel files, time and attendance).•Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment.•Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.•Coordinate employee training and development programs.Compliance:•Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including those related to employment, safety, and discrimination.•Maintain knowledge of and implement changes to HR policies and procedures.
