CurrentHandling Citrix environment 2203, 7.1912, 7.15 Citrix virtual applications and desktop. Experience in handling Manual, MCS and PVS provision Citrix. Working with Citrix App layering technology for the client where OS, Infrastructure and application layers are updated at different layers independent of each other and maintained security at each level. Experience working with Citrix cloud DAAS environment Day to day duties are handling administrative tasks depending upon the priority with maintaining security and updating application depending on the client requirements. Hands on experience with Windows updates, Applications updates and Citrix infrastructure updates (cumulative updates)Cumulative update are done on 7.15, 1912 and 2203 environments. Also experience renewing SSL certificates on Citrix Storefront servers and Netscalers. Renewal of licensing done successfully. Experience working with Netscalers/ ADC, troubleshooting traffic management issues and Citrix gateway issues. Experience updating Netscalers 13.0, 13.1, 14.1. Successfully done migration from 13.0 to 13. 1 using both GUI and CLI after converting classic policies to advanced policies. Experience working with FS logix containers for Citrix profiles. Helped users with profiling issues. Installation of new applications like Power BI, ECS, Arc GIS, CV and many more successfully using MCS, PVS and Citrix applayering technology Also experience working with Citrix share file clients. Also working with client Citrix environment integrated with Azure Updates and capture image after creating VM from the template and update application done via Azure portal. Create Users and groups and give permission and assign policies depending on requirements.
