BCM Lead - IndiaResponsible for BCM Governance, Crisis Management, Vendor BCM Compliance and Regulatory

• Responsible for the overall BCM Compliance & Crisis Management of the bank as part of the 2nd Line of Defense and managing BCM risk and governance of vital function of the bank• Monitoring all-natural and man-made disasters in India and ensuring the continuity of vital operations• Response to and management of pandemics for the bank's essential and non-critical functions. Make sure all functions are performed with the bare minimum of requirements and with no effect• Vendor BCM governance and process improvements related to BCM

• Manage UBS's Third Parties BCM programme in all four regions (APAC, MENA, EMEA, and US) and accountable for ensuring that UBS' third-party partners as part of outsourcing adhere to BCM governance• Accomplish the annual third party BCM risk assessment program for all third-party support activities in the UBS Group• Developed a third-party BCM framework and produced SOPs• Involved in Due diligence, governance, and counselling to business activities during Third Party onboarding• Provide internal and regulatory audit advice and support to conduct in-depth analysis of mission-critical functions• Create and present BCM supervisory dashboard, and third-party BCM compliance to senior management

• Execute IT DR for banking and infra-applications and engage with the business and coordinate application testing requirements• Review and approve changes and tests submitted to ARC (Application Review Committee)

• Developed and guided business units on recovery options based on business impact assessments and effective cooperation with stakeholders on continuity and recovery planning• Assessed the risks associated with a new migration from an onshore site from the standpoint of business continuity.• Created and tested business continuity and recovery plans and strategies • Coordinated the whole exercise process, from planning through documentation and publication of the exercise report to local and regional stakeholders• Implemented the recovery site for various DB entities and maintain an up-to-date vital contact list for communication• Accountable for ensuring +95 percent compliance in the BCM lifecycle for both the Pune and Mumbai site with 4000+ emplyoees
