Maintained seamless system performance, minimal downtime, and increased equipment lifespan by troubleshooting hardware, network-based, software, and AV issues in addition to classroom emergencies. Used scripting in Microsoft InTune/Endpoint, JAMF, SCCM, KACE, and Mosyle Business to create and maintain machine images and applications for iOS, Windows OS, and Mac OS while ensuring current and secure deployments.Acted as a mentor for Tier 1 technicians, responsible for coaching and equipping them with excellent project management skills pertaining to ticket management, as well as project documentation.Key Projects:Apple Mobile Device Management Implementation (Jan 2021 – Jan 2022); Project managed all purchasing, procurement, and implementation functions for the management system framework for Apple devices from the ground up.
