Developed entire X-ray generation tech portfolio for value market segment leveraging my expertise & networking with GRC/business unit for future need. This includes an Innovative modular X-ray generator platform (high power 300mA to 1250mA) for universal application i.e. different output power with the different type of Input AC/DC source & a couple of other AT projects for VCPs.Developed the complete power architecture of STATCOM i.e. block schematic (electrical) & Completed detailed simulation using MATLAB/SABER for selection & Sizing major devices i.e. IGBT Module, Current sensor, IGBT driver etc.Mentored & Guided two NPI team to achieve its milestone with rigorous design controli.e. X-ray generator for CT & Cathlab. To do this, developed a differentmethodology of product reliability test and successfully implemented it toprove its efficacy. Methodology included different level of margin test i.e.component level, module level & generator level in addition to ALT test forPCBs & SUT of X-ray generator.Mentoringincluded how to work efficiently to achieve the target, how to enhance skill inmultiple areas and understand product/technology, How to manage itself (EQ/IQ)to survive/grow in the complex business environment.
