JOB DESCRIPTION:•Responsible for interfacing with senior leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.• Managed the complete recruitment lifecycle from head-hunting, resource database screening to matching the required profile, evaluation, scheduling interviews/meetings, salary negotiation and helping candidates with joining formalities (Sourcing, Short listing, Verification of the skills of the Candidates with the requirements, Contacting and conducting Interviews, Rating and Negotiating the Pay scales to the Issue of offer letter with the discussed rates and duration of the project)• Resume sourcing and candidate screening to manage requisition flow and generate pre-screened candidates for respective Client Accounts. • Sourcing the resumes from job portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, and Corp-Corp etc…•Posting of requirement at different job portals, in order to receive hot lists from different vendors and find the suitable consultants who match with our requirements.•Strong experience dealing with US Citizens, GC holders, Canadian visa and consultants.•Responsible for identifying potential candidates through sources like Job Portals, company database•Proficient in working with job portals like Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp, Naukri, Times Jobs, Click Jobs, etc.
