Planned the social programs from start to completion while setting scope, aim, deadlines, milestones, teams, and processes2. Tracked the status of the program under the delivery of skill development schemes within agreed program objectives 3. Collaborated with national, state and field stakeholders such as NSDC, NABCONS, MP- SRLM, thematic leads and field staff4. Led ongoing program operations and work relationships, adhering to legal guidelines and internal policies. Managed a team of more than 100 including center managers, placement executives, trainers and mobilisers.5. Implemented change strategies, risk mitigation plans and quality resource management principles when needed6. Recruited volunteers and team members as needed to conduct opinion surveys as well as community mobilisation

Successfully implemented Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana | Details: Poverty Alleviation Program of Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India | Aim: Provide skill training to youth from below poverty line households.1. Individually managed end to end project budgets (Rs. 15.9 Cr.) and contributed to benefitting 3500 youngsters 2. Managed all aspects of program operations from community awareness, resource mobilisation, sourcing, content development, training, placement, credit linkage, post-training support and more3. Managing 6 skill development training centres across Madhya Pradesh, supervising a team of 70 centre managers, trainers, placement managers and mobilisers and ensured timely submission of management reports 4. Delivered on-the-job training to BPL candidates and ensured timely placement of candidates as per the requirement 5. Established interpersonal business relationships to facilitate project guidelines and support administrative services 6. Maintained records; budgets, risk areas, expenditure analysis, team reports, training manuals and performance status7. Drove CSR (corporate social responsibility) activities of the organisation
