Current· Non Functional Performance testing for High Value/Low value Bulk Payments· Volumetric / usage profiles & forecasts and its impacts, · High level application functional and technical specifications, · Understanding of the detail design of the technical requirements. · Coordinate meetings and discussions with stakeholders and team membersEssential Skills/Basic Qualifications:Basic Qualifications: · Very strong knowledge of NFT – Non Functional Testing including PEAK LOAD, PEAK+GUI Testing, DB FAILOVER (INSITE/CROSS SITE), VCS FAILOVER (INSITE/CROSS SITE), MQM LOCAL FAILOVER (LOCAL+GLOBAL), SLUICE TEST [ MQ and DB Gloucester ]· Awareness about industry/regulatory changes and the impact thereof· Team player with strong communications skills· Stakeholder management including working with business owners and external stakeholders· Ability to prioritise, understand value and work with the product owner to align project delivery priorities with business priorities· An engineering degree (BE/BTech) from reputed university or equivalent (e.g. BCS, MCS etc.) with first class aggregate Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:· Experience in Agile methodologies and artefacts like user story, Kanban board etc· Hands-on exposure on common tools such as Jira, Rally and/or devops/automation tools· Cross functional/technical skills (Technology skills in development & Test automation)· Knowledge / experience of payment applications and utilities will add advantage.o GPP – Global Pay Plus o Mass Payments
